Cancellation Policy

At Sangeet Sattra, we strive to ensure a smooth and respectful process for all students participating in our convocation ceremony. As payments are collected through the respective institutional in-charges on behalf of students, we request institutions to kindly take note of the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation by Institution

  • Cancellations must be communicated in writing via official email to Sangeet Sattra at least 10 days prior to the scheduled convocation date.
  • For eligible cancellations made within the specified time, a refund of 75% of the total paid amount will be processed to the institution.
  • No refund will be provided for cancellation requests received less than 10 days before the convocation date.
  • 2. Substitution of Candidates

  • Institutions may substitute a student in place of a cancelled participant, provided the change is notified at least 7 days before the convocation.
  • All substituted candidates must meet the eligibility criteria and submit the required documents.
  • 3. Non-Attendance

  • No refunds will be issued in case a student fails to attend the convocation without prior written cancellation notice from the institution.
  • 4. Cancellation by Sangeet Sattra

  • In the rare event that the convocation is cancelled or rescheduled by Sangeet Sattra due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued to the institution or the event will be rescheduled with prior notice.
  • 5. Mode of Refund

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the same account from which payment was received, within 30 working days of confirmation of cancellation.
