Refund Policy

This policy outlines the procedure for refunding overpaid convocation fee. If an applicant pays more than their required fees, they can get a direct refund to their bank account by showing proof of payment.

1. Proof of Overpayment:

  • The applicant must present proof of the overpaid amount, which can include bank statements, receipts, or any other valid documents.

    • 2. Refund Process:

  • Once the proof is verified, the overpaid amount will be directly refunded to the applicant's bank account.

    • 3. Timeframe:

  • Refunds will be processed within 30 days from the date of submission of the proof of overpayment.
